The Portfolio is anchored by St. Peter’s Hospital, Ellis Hospital, Seton Health System and Westchester Medical Center Health Network.

The properties involved in the sale are:

The Portfolio, which contains 245,861 square feet, was sold by an undisclosed seller to a national private equity healthcare investor for a purchase price of $58.6 million. Lisa Menin served as the advisor to the seller.
