Lisa Menin of Jacobson Properties, New York, is pleased to announce the sale of a 6 facility medical office portfolio leased to a leading physician group located in Upstate New York. The facilities, which total 44,000 rentable square feet, were purchased by a major NYSE REIT for an undisclosed price. As part of the transaction, the physician group signed a new fifteen year master lease.
